Yesterday, I have went to the office for meet with my new manager, but he was not there because-of he was feeling sick. I should of called him before I leave my house, untill now I did not recieve any message from him about the cancelation. There is many employee in our team who does not knows how to coding properly, which lead to a very huge amount of bugs in the project. Everyone think that we should definately hire a developer who is more better and can write code very fast. If we will not fix this issues soon, we will loose our main client because they is not happy with the current progress. I believe that we need to start doing something different, it is a very excellent opportunity to rewrite the system.
